Terms of Use

1. What SwipeSwipe does

SwipeSwipe turns a written idea into a carousel ready to post on Instagram. AI writes the script, picks the layout and builds the cards; you edit whatever you want and export the images.

Image export runs in your own browser. The final files never pass through our servers.

2. Account

You need an account, created with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account.

The service is not intended for anyone under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, use it only with permission from whoever is responsible for you.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Deletion is permanent.

3. Plans and billing

The free plan allows 3 carousels per month, with every template and a small credit with the site address in the corner of the card. Paid plans remove that cap and that credit, and unlock additional features, described on the pricing page.

Billing currency is determined by the country you access from. In Brazil we charge in Brazilian reais through Mercado Pago; elsewhere, in US dollars through Stripe. We do not store your card details — those companies process the payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Prices may change. If they do, we tell you in advance and the change applies only to future periods — never to a period already paid.

4. The content you create is yours

The text you write and the carousels you build belong to you. We claim no ownership over them.

You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store your carousels, show them in your account and process them to produce what you asked for. Nothing beyond that. We do not use your content in advertising and we do not sell it.

5. AI-generated content

Text and images produced by AI are a starting point, not a verified result. Language models make mistakes, invent facts and can produce phrasing similar to other people's work.

Check before you publish. What you publish is your responsibility — including any claims, figures and promises it contains.

We do not guarantee that generated text is original or free from similarity to third-party work.

6. Cover library and templates

Images from our cover library and the templates may be used freely in the carousels you create, including commercially.

What is not allowed: redistributing, reselling or making those images and templates available on their own, outside a carousel — or as part of a competing product.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SwipeSwipe to:

• produce illegal, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content inciting violence;
• deceive people by impersonating another person or organisation;
• infringe third-party rights, including copyright and likeness rights;
• circumvent plan limits, automate bulk access or overload the service;
• systematically extract our cover library or templates.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

8. Affiliate programme

Affiliates earn a commission on subscriptions originating from their link. Attribution lasts 90 days from the first click, and the first link recorded prevails.

Self-referral earns no commission. Commissions tied to refunded or cancelled payments are reversed.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is. There may be interruptions for maintenance, and features may change or be discontinued.

We will announce material changes to these terms with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the new version.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost audience, lost data or lost opportunity arising from use of the service.

Nothing here removes rights that your country's law grants and does not allow you to waive.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service whenever you want. We may terminate or suspend access where these terms are breached or where the law requires it.

Once an account is closed, your carousels are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
