Delete your account

From the app

This is the shortest path, and it erases everything immediately:

• open SwipeSwipe and sign in;
• tap Profile in the bottom bar;
• scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account;
• type the word DELETE to confirm.

There is no further step: the account and its content are gone at that moment, and you are signed out.

From the website

If you prefer, or if you do not have the app installed:

• go to swipeswipe.app and sign in;
• open the account page;
• use Delete account, at the bottom of the page.

If you can no longer sign in

Use the support form at swipeswipe.app/en/suporte, which works without signing in. Tell us the email address of the account you want deleted.

Before erasing anything we write to that address and wait for confirmation — that is what stops someone from requesting the deletion of another person's account. We answer within 30 days.

What is deleted

Everything that is yours and only yours, immediately:

• your carousels, including text, images and covers you uploaded;
• your Brand Kit — colours, fonts, logo, handle and website;
• your profile data and nickname;
• your sign-in account, with the email and the links to Apple and Google;
• your affiliate programme application, if one is open.

What is kept, and for how long

Only what the law requires, and nothing beyond it:

• billing records (amount, date, tax) for the period tax law requires — currently five years. They are no longer tied to your profile after deletion;
• commission already paid to an affiliate who referred you, for the same tax reason, without your personal data.

None of these records is used to contact you or to rebuild your account.

The subscription does not cancel itself

If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, the charge belongs to the store, and no server of ours stops it. Cancel before deleting the account, in your device's subscription settings — otherwise it renews after the account is gone.

Subscriptions taken out on the website are cancelled together with the deletion.
